2Ki 24:14

(AOV) En hy het die hele Jerusalem weggevoer en al die owerstes en al die mense van vermoë, tien duisend ballinge, en al die smede en die slotmakers; niemand het oorgebly nie, behalwe die arm mense van die land.

(ASV) And he carried away all Jerusalem, and all the princes, and all the mighty men of valor, even ten thousand captives, and all the craftsmen and the smiths; none remained, save the poorest sort of the people of the land.

(IBIS) Raja Yoyakhin, ibunya, istri-istrinya, pegawai-pegawainya, dan pemimpin-pemimpin Yehuda--seluruhnya 7.000 orang terkemuka--ditawan dan diangkut ke Babel. Juga para pekerja ahli dan pandai besi sebanyak 1.000 orang, semuanya orang kuat-kuat dan berani-berani untuk berperang. Orang-orang keturunan raja, dan orang-orang terkemuka pun diangkut juga ke pembuangan--semuanya ada 10.000 orang. Hampir seluruh penduduk Yerusalem diangkut; yang tertinggal hanyalah rakyat yang paling miskin.
