(AOV) Toe het Joab na die koning gegaan en hom dit meegedeel. En hy het Absalom geroep, en dié het na die koning gegaan en voor hom gebuig met sy aangesig na die aarde toe, voor die koning; en die koning het Absalom gesoen.

(ASV) So Joab came to the king, and told him; and when he had called for Absalom, he came to the king, and bowed himself on his face to the ground before the king: and the king kissed Absalom.

(BBE) So Joab went to the king and said these words to him: and when the king had sent for him, Absalom came, and went down on his face on the earth before the king: and the king gave him a kiss.

(Bibeln) Då gick Joab till konungen och sade honom detta. Denne kallade då till sig Absalom, och han kom till konungen; och han föll ned för honom på sitt ansikte och bugade sig till jorden inför konungen. Och konungen kysste Absalom.

(Bishops) And so Ioab came to the king, and tolde him: Which when he had sent for Absalom, he came to the king, and fel to the ground on his face before him, and the king kissed Absalom.

(Darby) And Joab came to the king, and told him. And he called Absalom, and he came to the king, and bowed himself on his face to the ground before the king; and the king kissed Absalom.

(IBIS) Kemudian pergilah Yoab menghadap Raja Daud dan menyampaikan permohonan Absalom. Lalu raja memanggil Absalom, dan Absalom datang bersujud di hadapan raja. Dan raja menyambutnya dengan ciuman.

(ICE) Þá gekk Jóab fyrir konung og sagði honum þetta. Lét hann þá kalla Absalon, og gekk hann fyrir konung og laut á andlit sitt til jarðar fyrir konungi. Og konungur kyssti Absalon.

(Webster) So Joab came to the king, and told him: and when he had called for Absalom, he came to the king, and bowed himself on his face to the ground before the king: and the king kissed Absalom.
